This course provides an overview of the major components of the LANDesk desk Console and Porta, giving students an overall understanding of the functionality of and relationship between the various components of the Service Desk Console and Portal.

Course LANDesk ®Service Desk Core (4 days)

This course allows students to understand the methods used to create and manage the infrastructure required when logging key information in LANDesk® Service Desk, and understand the methods used to create and manage the objects and attributes of the Service Desk Console and create and manage windows containing those objects.
